v1.4.0 Update - Final Region Expansion (for a while)

New regions have been added:

• North America (Montreal)
• Asia Pacific (Seoul)
• Asia Pacific (Hong Kong)
• Asia Pacific (Mumbai)

This will mark the last region expansion for a while.

I had attempted to expand to even more regions than above, including Mexico and Tel Aviv, but after some testing it turns out that those regions are too new and hasn't caught up to the other datacenters in terms of functionality.

Expansion to China also requires a separate AWS with different compliance requirements. These regions shall be shelved for now.

Time to work on other features =)

...or maybe stretch my legs. I don't think I've walked today...
